I guess when they taught him how to apply that in the military they never showed him the tells that might allow him to differentiate between unconscious and dead. Also, I've seen enough of that video to know that he held that guy long enough to know he was killing him and to make sure that he was dead. For sure....and I'm even willing to cut the guy a break if it comes out he's suffering from some PTSD or other mental health issue. I was directing this more to the Republican presidential candidates and politicians that have jumped to the defending the white military guy.

The Republican Party is now the party of Nazi and racists. People who put a lot of value on hurting people they don't like. The party of the entitled. Its not fair that people who aren't just like them have stuff they can't afford. I watch "Karen" videos on YouTube and they seem like the typical Republican. "I think your wheelchair is cool. Give it to my kid to play with." When the person says no its a personal attack and they truly don't understand why they are the ones in trouble when they try to take it by force.

Be careful about the Karen videos. I got caught up judging that poor pregnant nurse that almost had a Citi Bike robbed from her only to be called a "Racist Karen" for yelling "Help me"....that's literally all she did, and has been slandered all over the net by public court of opinion. Also, incoming Defamation lawsuit for TYT, Yahoo.com, and several others, because they didn't even use "Allegedly", they just straight up said "Racist Karen attempts to steal bike from black teen) . Turns out SHE had the RECEIPT. (People are crying fake because the time is blurred out-yeah you don't want people know what time you're going home only to be attacked because extremism). Also, I'll NEVER watch TYT again. They're the far-left equivalent to Newsmax. I refuse to watch any "news" that doesn't investigate first. Dr. Richy went as far to Dox her. He's made 2 apology videos, but in the first he told her how dangerous it was for the "black teens" for her to be yelling help like that. OH MY GOD!! Any idiot will tell you, if you're being attacked, robbed, or think you are in danger, you scream help and draw attention to you. This whole thing made me feel like a damned fool for judging her in my head out of context. Fortunately I never said anything bad about her before the truth came out. Also, the damnedest of it all- this gives more ammo for the right. Nice going people! She was suspended from her job over this stupid ordeal. Don't judge ANYTHING you see before getting the facts, especially if its a video that starts right in middle of a situation.

Most have no video and no names are used. I'm certain the majority of them are made up or exaggerated. 3/4 are morality tales. I enjoy them because so many ring true. The clueless boss, the entitled customer or the power hungry small time tyrant. I've seen everyone of these characters in real life. Even if the story's made up something like it has really happened somewhere sometime. In any real situation, you have to listen to all sides. I'm pretty far left and TYT's always annoyed me. Maybe because my ex-wife's Armenian.

Here's a video to share with your republican friends and family... She was able to sum up everything that the GQP is doing that it hit me hard hearing it all at once. I am genuinely terrified now. Really scary. People should be more involved in local political activities and actions otherwise this country could get very ugly very fast. All that GOP rhetoric of "small government" party is a lot of BS. If you use power to create laws that favor a religious agenda or that benefit elites and class separation, you are in fact sponsoring a vision of the state that replaces any notion of "service" for population control. The machinery of "government" is still present but now in the form of Big State Regulator. Science fiction had a LOT to say about that in the past. We should go back and reread Philip K. Dick seminal novels like "Ubik" and "Now Wait for Last Year".

"And a deeper look at the red-state exodus that followed — eight states and counting have now pulled out of ERIC — shows a policy blueprint for an election denial movement, spearheaded by a key Trump ally, eager to change virtually every aspect of how Americans vote". www.npr.org/2023/06/04/1171159008/eric-investigation-voter-data-election-integrityOver the last couple of years we've seen several ways our country is fragmenting but this is definitely a line in the sand. This is how Trump gets to go back to the WH.

Getting stronger? No. But this has probably made it more certain that he'll be the GOP nominee, which is the best possible outcome at this point.

Whatever's going to happen is going to happen, but, in waves of elections since '20, what's borne out so far is that women and Independents are actively repulsed by him and anyone he endorses. Evidence to this point suggests that Trump leads to a Democratic landslide. My odds are better with him so far. If he wins? I dunno---on one hand terrible. On the other hand, growing too old and jaded to care.

The GOP is ensuring they can tip the results in their favour by kicking the electronic voter system to the curb in several states. There are 8 states at this moment that are not participating anymore. Among them Ohio and Florida. Either one of these could throw an election off. I'm sure other Republican states will follow from here to next election. So what's to say that Republicans in these states mount an under the table campaign to vote in multiple states in sizeable numbers? ERIC would have caught that.

One thought popped up. A few days ago a trans woman took off her shirt on the white house lawn. People were upset.
I wonder what conservatives would do? Lets say there was a parade in a conservative state and trans men and trans woman marched in it. According to conservatives trans women are really men and trans men are really women. If they all took their shirts off, which ones would cause the most fuss?

I even think the VP play is over. sKari Lake all the way. Yeah, it's gonna be Trump. In a crowded field, he always had a lock on enough voters to get the nod. Hell, NH GOP voters are calling the indictments an "electronic lynching."

Hell, NH GOP voters are calling the indictments an "electronic lynching." Yes. I think Trump will go for a woman VP, is one of his weakest angle. But maybe he might go for MTG. She is a wild card (Trump love that), she is crazier and she kind of have a hold on the evangelical loonies that Lake lacks.
At the end it doesn't matter, it is going to be a crappy, depressing show.

This tells me she's out: Also, because she's been reasonably chummy with Speaker McCarthy, a Speaker that none of them wanted and none of them like, she's been voted out of the House Freedom Caucus. She's adrift and Trump embracing her could alienate a voting base that he needs. Things could change. She could reposition herself as some sort of lunatic maverick that the base could like again. But, right now, I think she's out and she ain't comin' back. And I don't think there's much Trump could do to lose the Evangelicals no matter what. They think he's sent by God.

I think that's HIS plan, sure, and, if that's all their was, it might work out, but I think if Smith wants to get him tried before the election it's going to get done because he can (and probably will) file any J6 charges in DC. That's always been a more favorable venue and one way less inclined to put up with Donny's shit. But we'll see.

It is the tools of the State being used as an attempt to create conditioned subjects. The manipulation of history is one of the first stages to strip away rights. Nazis love this! Forget the past, or just create a new one, so that you accept the present "as is". Dangerous, crappy stuff.

I think he'll be convicted of some of it. Prison time is unlikely. But even if he goes to prison, his supplicants will still vote for him. I'm not sure if he can legally be stopped from running. The constitution says a president must be at least 35 years old and a natural born citizen. It doesn't say felons are ineligible.
Hard core Trump supporters won't care. But there are some conservatives who don't like Trump so maybe he won't get the nomination but I'm not sure if any of the alternatives are any better.

As I understand the Constitution, if Trump is found guilty of sedition and conspiracy BEFORE the election, Congress could (and should) invoke article 3 of the 14th amendment to make him ineligible to hold any office. A vote is NOT require. But a vote IS require to remove that disability; a vote of "two third of each House". I think Republicans lack that majority.

Most Constitutional scholars seem to agree that A3 of the 14th Amendment is self-executing, that is, no affirmation by Congress is required after his conviction. It would basically fall to individual states to kick him off the ballot. And it wouldn't take that many states doing so to take 270 off the table.

The constitution says what thee SC says it does.
