The first book post. Hurrah!!!

I am really liking this book. More than half way through it and I like the atmosphere and the characters interaction. It is Trill-centered and it is set after the event of "The Way of the Warrior" (DS9 S4).

I really like this novel. At its heart is a murder mystery, but the author goes a long way to flesh out the characters (new and old ones). Very enjoyable. I hope Mr. White keep producing more stories for the Trek universe.

Minor spoiler.

The whole notion of symbionts cloning and a sort of cult-like group of fanatics that want to "liberate" symbionts from M'kala is an idea could have found its way into a couple of episodes of DS9.
