What is everyone's bucket list band/artist? Which was the band you wanted to see more than any other, and have you got to see them, or do you plan to see them, or has Ticketmaster ruined your dreams?
Mine was Genesis. I wanted more than anything since I was 12 to see Genesis live. When they got back together for a reunion/farewell tour in 2021, I had to go. I went with my dad to Charlotte North Carolina to see them. The concert was the most expensive i ever went to. It was over $300 for both tickets after Ticketmaster was done ripping us off with "fees" and those were the cheap seats. Phil Collins was struggling a bit due to his health, but oh my God, did they put on a show! It was a dream come true.

Iron Maiden I already saw them twice. Once in Puerto Rico, then on D.C. It was awesome. On D.C. Ghost open for them, and that is another great band.

I saw them back in October at Greensboro North Carolina. Great show. I actually saw them back in July of 2019 in Charlotte North Carolina. I never thought I'd ever get to see them live, and now I've seen them twice. What's funny its the same tour. But they changed a few things up a bit. They added the first 3 songs off their new album to the set list and added Bloodbrothers. But they dumped 'For the greater Good of God" and a couple of others to fit them. I enjoyed the Greensboro show better then the Charlotte show. I think it was because the Greensboro one was at a better venue and was indoors. They're my 2nd favorite band behind Genesis.

I guess I've seen all the bands I've wanted to see especially the 80's classics(Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Metallica, etc...). I also did see Maiden in PR(2008?).
Bucket list items of the big kind were anyone from the The Beatles(I got to see Paul twice and Ringo once) and I got to see The Rolling Stones before Watts died.
Minor bucket list item: Thank You Scientist. Fantastic prog band. I'm lucky that I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I have the availability to see these acts.
Luckily as well, my tastes are not in 'big' artists in recent years so avoid the Ticketmaster beating....although plenty of other ticket services add their own 'convenience' fees.

Oh that reminds me. Within Temptation opened for Iron Maiden in Greensboro which was a treat because I been wanting to see them live since I got into them in 2009.
Remember when you just bought tickets from the venue?

Heart. Ann Wilson is one of the greatest female vocalists in history. And, yes, I've seen them. They were painfully cheap seats, but at least I got there.

Hadn't even really heard of the band until '85 with "Heart" Was one of the first two CDs I ever bought and just consumed everything she's done since.

Always wanted to see Linkin Park in concert, but that will never happen (it costs too much or they never come to Alabama)

They contract labels to only use THEIR venues, then charge insane prices for the tickets. Congress now seems to be actively considering, among other things, controlling TicketMaster's prices by making the tickets non-transferable.
