I wouldn't call myself extreme but I am daring and would try weird looking stuff and uncommon meats.

I think I have not been exposed to real weird stuff. Probably the fringest thing is guinea pig which I ate in Perú and it was delicious. Yet again, my wife is Peruvian and I wouldn't called that dish too extreme. Also alpaca meat burgers, but those are trending now down there.

I lived in China for a couple of years so who knows what the hell I ate passed as something else.

Maybe weirdest thing by Western standards was scorpion....and it was great. They were small and fried so they tasted like shrimp potato chips.
