With only three episodes left is that time, practically a tradition on Trekdom, of giving a shot on how this thing might end. I approach this ritual with a combination of satire and respect, events or resolutions that are within the realm of the possible (on Trek) but also jokingly farfetched. Lets gives DSC a chance, it would probably end not being on any top five Trek series list, but it brought back to TV our beloved universe and it was proudly queer. It had some memorable moments but many forgettable ones.
1. With all this talk about "spirituality", Culber will ascend to some kind of godhood. Maybe the Q Continuum will welcome him to their exclusive club of eternals; or will become a transtemporal being like Wesley, or the koala will show him the way to a more perfect dimension (that's a Lower Decks reference, for those in the know).
2. Michael will find a way to send a message back in time to Spock, something about the Progenitors tech.
3. The crew will abandon Discovery and a thousand years later loneliness will make Zora go mad, but that is sort of implied on one of the Short Treks (creatives people on P+ should make more of those).
4. Michelle Yeoh will make a cameo appearance as Georgiou on a recorded transmission from the past to a future agent (happens to be Kovich) with instructions on how to secure the Progenitors tech.
5. Cleveland Booker will die, definitively, irrevocably.
Did you have any predictions?

Yeah, I think Culber is just going to have a spiritual epiphany or two, be happy with it, and go on with his life.
As for the short Treks, it seems like they're going to tie into those a bit. Maybe with this infinity tech, lonely Zora is just some other timeline. We'll see.
I suspect that Book and Michael part permanently, one way or another.
I'm going to take a guess that one of the last scenes is Tilly back at the Academy sharing her story. We have to segue into the new series, after all.

Someone's gonna cry? Michael and at least two others.

Someone's gonna cry? Someone always cry in this iteration of Trek. If the writers were really self-aware of this, they would come with a believable and not involuntarily campy situation to make a character cry that we DON'T expect to cry, like Kovich or Rayner, but that's very unlikely.

Three possibilities. Main point, the machine they are looking for can raise people from the dead.
1) The Picard route. They bring back every popular trek character for a cameo.
2) The Federation and the Breen get to the artifact at the same time. Massive battle where everyone is killed. Magic aliens resurrect everyone. Discovery becomes a living ship and leaves for parts unknown. The aliens say, You are not ready and leave with the machine.
3) The Federation and Breen arrive around the same time. Huge standoff with the fate of the galaxy at stake. Various Breen factions are at each others throat. Moll uses the machine to raise L'ak from the dead. He fulfills the prophecy that the Breen's true ruler will rise from the dead. The factions unite and L'ak and Moll will become king and queen of the Breen. Unicorns and fairies and everyone lives happily ever after.

I think "3" sounds pretty viable.

On a strictly personal opinion, I can anticipate that what remains of the season will be exclusively oriented to the season arc, so no standalones. Then for my kind of Trek, the best episode of the season already can be sort: "Whitlespeak". I hope I am proven wrong.

Yes, I agree, scenario's 3 above is a clear possibility for most likely resolution.
