Easily done with the idea of the multiverse and that last extra scene in the latest Ant Man. You can get practically anyone with make up and effects to look like any variation of that character.
What sucks though is that the introduction of Kang to the big screen was pretty lame so I don't think the general movie goer is invested in him. At this point they can easily pivot elsewhere and I don't think the audience at large is gonna care much. He can simply be the big generic baddie for that one movie as was the High Evolutionary for the latest Guardians movie.

There's nothing that's happened so far that makes me see Kang as a threat, or care about him either way. You haven't shown me the cool stuff you COULD show me from this multiverse thing anywhere near often enough. ("No Way Home" notwithstanding) Get on with it already.
