Awesome! Put this into my veins! As it happens, I just started a rewatch of B5 recently. I am up to Ep. 6 S1. It was a great show then, it is a great show now.

Season 1 is always a bit clunky for my tastes but I loved S2 onwards. Last time I watched it I used the 'essentials' guide to it so it skipped probably half the episodes. If it'd stay on a streaming service long enough I'd watch it in its entirety again.

Watched it last night. I liked it. It's not 'great'. Not 'bad' either. What I enjoy the most is that it somewhat gives closure to the series. It feels like a proper farewell for the way too many actors that have passed.
I thought it was fantastic that they were able to get the rest of the cast to participate in some manner. Again, that closure notion.
SPOILERS!!!!!!
Some things I enjoyed. Some things I didn't:
1. Some of the voices were good. Others....meh. I mean that for both living and for the characters voiced by someone else other than the original. Bruce Boxleitner totally killed this. He helps facilitates immersion into an animation world easily. You hear him and you're there in that world. Same goes for Peter Jurasik. The rest....well....Voice acting for Mr. Garibaldi was good. I guess the same goes for Dr. Franklin. The rest was kinda generic. I especially take exception with whoever voiced Delenn. It seems like that person was voicing a Transylvanian vampire. Granted, she had a peculiar accent and I don't expect someone doing a temp job to do the proper research to get that but it just threw me out of the show.
2. Animation. I'm not fan or detractor of this stuff. I thought the look was good. The CGI was great(ships, station, etc...). I had difficulty telling Ivanova and Lockley apart. The voices were undistinguishable as well(that should go in the above point). On rewatching I see that it's the hairstyle that marks the difference but it's really hard to tell. Way too generic for my tastes. At least Leeta has red hair.
3. Multiverse: yes, by now many of us are sick of this. Star Trek has trampled on this concept for too long and DC/Marvel have just driven it further into the ground. However, considering that it doesn't seem that JMS is interested in continuing the established B5 story then a rebooting of sorts is what needs to happen and this movie does that.
4. Commentary. If you get the disk make sure you listen to the commentary as well. There's nothing really revealing. It's just nice to hear Bruce Boxleitner and JMS talking. There is an exuberance to BB. Like a kid in a candy store.
As a B5 fan, I'm happy this exists. It almost feels like Firefly's Serenity the movie. Maybe they'll never go back there again but at least there's this last hurrah.
