It really was way too expensive for what it was.

It really was way too expensive for what it was. I saw the rooms online; they looked more "Buck Rogers" than Star Wars. It was an overpriced ripoff. Frankly, Disneyland in general has become impractically expensive for an average middle-income family vacation.

Shame they had to close it, but it was just not cost effective. The concept was solid though, I wouldn’t mind spending loads of silly money for a weekend in the Star Wars universe, but just for the atmosphere, food and drinks.
Don’t think I ever read a bad review about the experience itself though. Expensive as it was, people seemed to have loved it.

One of the things I've noticed is 1. The Cost of anything Disney 2. The state of the Disney Films 3. The lack of Legacy Star Wars 4. Star tours was a far better ride, than anything Disney World's Star Wars themepark has. 5. Doesn't look quite Star Wars
Also, its kinda sad, because the Anti-woke army of dipsticks like Nerdotic and his buddies are probably saying its because Disney went woke and thats why it closed. God I hate that guy.
Real reason it failed? Cost to customers. Also the lack of interest in Disney's version of star wars. Its unfair to call Rey a "Mary-Sue" because what makes her appear that way is bad writing. The writing for the sequel trilogy was horrid. Then you have stupid things like Han's death, Killing fan favorite Admiral Ackbar offscreen, giving the Force magical powers like teleporting objects, and the kiss out of nowhere. Drop plot points like Snoke, pretty much a frankesteined disaster.
