Sounds like Rey's will be a standalone some time after Rise of Skywalker. I'm hoping they'll focus on telling a decent story otu of it instead of baiting.
I'm really interested in Mangold's Jedi film as it's thousands of years before and dealing with the start of the Jedi. That'll be cool.
Filoni finally getting a film is very cool and tying it in with what's going on with the Mandalorian shows sounds even better.

My only problem comes from the fact that Kennedy has made these sorts of announcements before and they've ended up being vapor. We'll see. |

Well....let's see. I feel this is some type of attempt to redeem the sequels and that's fine....IF they produce something good. Filoni can write well if allowed to do so.
I like Daisy Ridley. It would be nice to see her in something good. It won't deter the rabid haters(I'm a sequel hater but not a Daisy hater) but maybe it leaves the rest of the fans more satisfied than what we got with those movies.

I like Daisy Ridley. It would be nice to see her in something good. Her acting and charm made me want to like Rey. But as written, they made her character stupid and Godmode at the same time. I really hope they can redeem her character, because as it stands, the sequel trilogy has ruined Daisy's career. I'm kinda tired of the Jedi BS though. make it STAR wars. I wan't to see space battles...ones that actually take place in space. |
